Refund policy

This policy applies to Text Expander Pro subscriptions provided by ByteForth (Pakistan).

Our 14-day refund commitment

Request a full refund within 14 calendar days after any Text Expander Pro payment, including a 30-day or 365-day renewal. We will honor eligible requests made within this period without requiring a reason. The request date determines whether you are within the window; payment processing may finish later.

How to request a refund

Email hello@byteforth.com with the email used for the purchase and your Whop transaction or receipt reference. You may also use the support link in your receipt or contact Whop buyer support. Do not send full card details, passwords or your license credential.

Refunds are processed through Whop. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing and the time your bank takes to display the credit can vary. Contact us or Whop if you need help tracking a refund.

After the refund window

Contact us for persistent technical problems, duplicate charges, or a product that does not match its description. Requests outside our voluntary window are considered individually, in addition to any rights you have under applicable law and Whop's platform terms.

Cancellation and access

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a previous payment. Use Manage billing in the extension, your receipt's subscription-management link, or Whop buyer support. Unless a refund or other entitlement change applies, access continues to the end of the paid period.

A full refund removes Pro access for the refunded subscription. Free features remain available. If you want to stop future payments as well, request cancellation when requesting your refund. Removing the extension does not cancel your subscription.

Your consumer rights

This voluntary policy adds to your mandatory rights. It does not restrict statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for faulty or misdescribed products, or any stronger protections available under applicable law or Whop's buyer terms.
